Step 1: Select or Create a Google Account
At first, you determine the appropriate Google account that you will use for your certification.
If you work for an organization or an agency, you will require to use your work email address.
If you’re an individual and doing the certification on your own, you will require having a Google account. It may be a Google account or a Gmail account. It may be tied to your personal email account or the email account that represents you publicly.
If you don’t have an email account, you can create a new account at http://accounts.google.com easily.
Step 2: Get Started in Skillshop
After the creation or selection of your Google account, ensure that you are signed out of any other Google accounts as it can create confusion or login challenges if you are signed in into multiple accounts.
After signing in to the account that you want to use for your certification process, go to https://skillshop.exceedlms.com/student/catalog/list?category_ids=53-google-ads. Here you will find the list of certifications that you want to earn. You need to select among them. It may be Google Ad Display Certification,Google Ad Search Certification , Google Ads Video Certification, Shopping Ads Certification, and many more. There is a brief overview of each specific certification.
When you decide which certification you want, click on the Get Started button.
Google may require an authentication process of your Google account one more time.

After the authentication process, you need to share your account certification status with your company and Google Partners account
In case, you have not affiliated with a company or not a Google partner, select “No”.
Step 3: Prepare for Exams
Google provides basic education and more extensive training. Training content is attached to each of these specific certifications.
You need to plan and invest at least a few hours to undergo the training for the content specialization. Going through modules is essential despite having a deeper knowledge of ad campaigns. Make sure you don’t skip the training content if you don’t have a moderate level of Ads experience.
Step 4: Pass the Assessment
